Now as we all know here in the great NW.... 2 flakes of snow counts as breaking news... so a couple inches means nonstop news coverage of the snow... Usually they have creative names that are different every year... But not this time around so I came up with a couple of my own names for it and emailed KOMO...

Dear KOMO,

 

As a beloved reader and viewer of your news I look forward to your creative names for the snow storms that we occasionally get. I have to say I am a little disappointed this time. You used “Arctic Blast” back in 2008... Now since 2 years ago can’t be considered a retro flash back, I would like to suggest a couple new names for this most recent snow storm. My first pick would be “The Arctic Autumn of 2010” otherwise I would settle for “The Frigid Fall Freeze of 2010” since we are still a month away from it officially  being winter. Thank you kindly and attached is a picture of my puppy Logan’s first snow

The beginning struggles...

I'm totally lost on navigating this thing.... I have a whopping 9 profile views all by me because I get lost and can't figure out how to get to the menu to edit this and edit that, let alone post a blog! Well good news is I made my way back to where I can post a blog !!!! Now let's stick a gold star on my chart for this one.... Now I'm not a Perez Hilton or nearly as witty and cleaver as my friend Anne (no I am not referring to myself in 3rd person... I really do have a friend Anne who blogs and if I were smart enough this is where I would tag her in this blog)... My vision of this blog is to have it be a comical view of my life... Work, moving... living with my parents for the first time in 2 years... and moving out of the country for as long as the other country allows me to stay... which depending on my drunken debauchery could be less than 90 days... Unfortunately I see this as a train wreck of run on sentences and me thinking my life and problems are more significant than they are... oh well... Now to get back to packing... I feel I am 60% done and will 100% move that 60% into my parents house tomorrow...
